TTP Payment - Information for Participants

6th July 2020
In 2019 the NDIS introduced a higher support price limit through a Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP).

In 2019 the NDIS introduced a higher support price limit through a Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP). This was for registered NDIS providers of attendant care, community and centre-based activities who meet special conditions (Eligibility Criteria).
Ability Options is an eligible provider who can claim this higher price limit to assist us to continue transforming our services and supports.

The NDIA introduced the TTP to help us with costs while transitioning to the NDIS. A small loading (7.5 %) had been added to each NDIS support item delivered in 2019-20 and this will reduce by a small amount each year (1.5%). This year the loading will be 6%.

What has Ability Options used the TTP loading for?

We have purchased and have commenced implementing a new participant management system which:

  • makes it easier for us to plan and deliver support
  • helps us to more efficiently share information about the services and support we provide to you
  • brings information currently sitting in multiple systems into one place. This means we can respond to your inquiries immediately, at the first point of contact
  • gives access to a Participant Portal to give you the ability to check the status of your services with us yourself - anytime
  • will assist our staff to automate many current manual administrative tasks, making the task simpler and saving everyone time

To create a team of Practice Support Coordinators (PSC) who support and train our staff. This ensures we continue to deliver a high level of support to you.

If you would like more information about the TTP or our new system, please contact 1300 422 454.
